Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the return conditions outlined below.

We do not accept exchanges.

Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be sent back by mail to our business address.

All refunds are processed in USD. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

We do not charge any restocking fees.
