You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- New, unused, and undamaged
- Returned in their original packaging
How to Start a Return
All returns are handled by mail. To initiate a return:

with your order number and reason for return. - We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide the return mailing address.
- Send the item securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You may use any trusted carrier with tracking. We recommend keeping your shipment receipt until your refund is processed.
Restocking Fee
A flat $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and inspection costs.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), this fee will be waived.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
(Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.)
Non-Returnable Items
Customized, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
