Shipping Cost

Shipping within the United States is completely free. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout — you only pay for your products.

Processing & Handling Time

Our standard processing and handling time is 1 to 2 business days after order and payment confirmation. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly. If your order is delayed, our team will notify you promptly.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 4 to 6 business days, which includes handling, manufacturing, and shipping. Once your order is processed, shipping generally takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery address and destination.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours after shipment, please contact us.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to weather conditions, flight delays, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Small Box Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the packaging and contents, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and evidence so we can assist with a prompt resolution. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
