Design Approval And Responsibility
- Before production begins, we seek your final approval on all order elements, including design layout, dimensions, colors, content and quantity. This is a crucial step in ensuring accuracy. Once approval is granted, small box companies will not be liable for any errors overlooked at this stage.
Post-Approval Changes
- If you notice a mistake after final approval, please reach out to our support team immediately. While we will do our best to help, please note that any post-approval edits may incur additional charges and could delay the timeline of your order.
Refunds And Replacements
If a defect is determined to be our fault, we will offer a partial refund or arrange for a replacement at minimal additional cost. for quality assurance, photographic documentation may be required
Return Eligibility
- Only defective, damaged or incorrect items can be return and are eligible
- The precise or perfect items that are not defective cannot be returned or refunded
- If you notice any issue notify in 3 working days of receiving order
How To Report Defect
If you receive products from Small Box Company that are not upto your expectations or are damaged, please notify within 3 working days by emailing at [email protected]
Company’s Fault
- We will offer a free reprint of your orders if the issue from our side is confirmed
- Chargeback is not an option
- Our management team is responsible for the final decision regarding product defects
Customers Fault
If reprint is required due to customer issue
- The order will be returned at customers expense in 10 working days
- Full documentation and digital photographs are required for the problem understanding
- A reprint will be processed with applicable charges
- For refunds, printed items should be returned and the setup and shipping costs will be deducted
