Welcome to Small Box Company. By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they help keep everything clear and fair for both of us.

2. Copyright & Content

All content on this site — images, text, designs and graphics belongs to Small Box Company. You may not copy or reuse our material without written permission.


3. Using Our Website

  • All artwork and information you submit must be accurate and legally yours to use.
  • Do not upload offensive or illegal material.
  • You confirm you are 18+ or otherwise legally able to enter a contract.

4. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

  • All prices shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Production starts after full payment and artwork approval.
  • After proof approval, changes or cancellations are restricted:
    • Cancel within 4 hours of proof approval — 20% fee applies.
    • Cancel after 24 hours — up to 50% deduction may apply.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

5. Printing & Color Accuracy

We aim for accurate results, but printed colours may vary from what you see on-screen due to inks, materials, and lamination. Hard proofs are available for an extra fee if exact colour matching is required.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • If a product is defective or damaged, notify us within 2 business days of delivery with photos to [email protected].
  • Custom printed boxes are eligible for reprint if the error is ours; refunds are generally not offered for custom work.
  • Return shipping for verified defects is free within the U.S.
  • Non-custom (stock) items may be returned within 5 days if unused and in original packaging.

7. Materials & Quantities

Please tell us in advance if you need food-grade or certified eco-friendly materials these are not used by default. Production variances of up to ±5% can occur.


8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard turnaround: 4-6 business days after final approval.
  • Rush orders available for an extra fee.
  • We use trusted carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.). We’re not liable for carrier delays, customs, or weather-related issues.
  • International customers are responsible for duties and taxes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, data, business opportunities, etc.).


10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Small Box Company and its affiliates against any claims or expenses resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of our site.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Updated terms take effect as soon as they’re posted. Continued use of our site means you accept the new terms.
